Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and technically proficient Senior IT & Network Officer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, network operations, CCTV surveillance systems, IT asset inventory, and end-user technical support at our factory/industrial facility.

The successful candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing network services, troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage IT hardware and inventory through the company’s ERP system, and provide timely technical support to employees. The role also involves guiding junior IT technicians, coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate technical documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

We are looking for a responsible professional with a strong sense of ownership who can work independently, make sound technical decisions, and maintain operational stability while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure & Operations

✔ Design, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and managed switches, including MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and TP-Link devices.

✔ Manage structured cabling, fiber-optic links, IP addressing, DNS, and network security to ensure reliable connectivity and maximum uptime.

IT Support & User Setup

✔ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals used by office and factory employees.

✔ Handle operating system deployment, software installation, hardware troubleshooting, employee onboarding and offboarding, and IT incident logging.

IT Asset Management & ERP Operations

✔ Maintain accurate IT inventory records for laptops, desktops, CCTV equipment, spare parts, and other IT assets using the company’s ERP system.

✔ Manage purchase requisitions, stock forecasting, warranty claims, equipment issuance, and periodic physical inventory audits.

CCTV & Surveillance Systems

✔ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP and analog CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, storage systems, and PoE switches.

✔ Ensure continuous video recording, secure remote viewing access, adequate site coverage, and regular maintenance of surveillance systems.

IT Projects & Vendor Management

✔ Lead network expansion projects, hardware upgrades, and new workstation installations.

✔ Coordinate with ISPs, hardware suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery, repairs, and compliance with service commitments.

Team Guidance & Documentation

✔ Guide and mentor junior IT technicians to improve technical capabilities and service quality.

✔ Standardize IT workflows and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.

✔ Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, IT asset records, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
