Experience Level:
Minimum 2+ years of production-level experience in Laravel/PHP development (experience with SaaS or multi-tenant projects preferred).
Location & Work Mode:
Candidates based in Dhaka/Uttara are preferred, as the role requires office attendance; however, hybrid or remote flexibility may be considered if permitted.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability
Clean and structured coding practices
Effective team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
Portfolio / Proof of Work:
Applicants must provide GitHub or portfolio links, live SaaS project examples (such as multi-tenant POS, eCommerce, or ERP systems), and verifiable previous work references.
Availability:
Must be able to join immediately or within one month.
Additional Advantage (Bonus Experience):
Experience with POS or hardware integrations (barcode scanners, thermal printers, weighing scales), payment gateway integration, courier APIs (e.g., Steadfast, Patahoo), SMS marketing tools, or related domain knowledge will be considered an advantage.
Proven and verifiable experience working on SaaS projects is required.
Candidates must successfully pass the assigned technical assessment.
The first month after hiring will be a paid probation period.

Real-time feature implementation using Laravel Echo with Reverb or Pusher (WebSockets for live sync and notifications).
GraphQL integration using the Lighthouse package for future mobile or third-party API support.
Basic AI integration experience, such as OpenAI API usage for smart recommendations or fraud detection systems.
Laravel Framework ব্যবহার করে SaaS-ভিত্তিক ও custom প্রজেক্ট ডেভেলপ, maintain এবং উন্নয়ন করা (যেমন: Sherazi POS-এর সম্পূর্ণ redevelopment)।
RESTful API development, authentication system (Passport/Sanctum), advanced MySQL database design, NGINX configuration এবং project architecture পরিচালনা করা।
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture ডিজাইন ও অপ্টিমাইজ করা (যেমন tenancyforlaravel বা custom isolation)।
Application security, performance tuning এবং scalability নিশ্চিত করা।
Bug fixing, code optimization এবং Git-based version control বজায় রাখা।
CyberPanel, VPS বা Dedicated Server-এ Laravel project deploy ও manage করা।
Full-stack development পরিচালনা করা — Laravel backend এর সাথে modern frontend tools (Inertia.js / Livewire, Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui / Alpine.js) ব্যবহার।
Performance optimization এর জন্য Laravel Octane, Horizon এবং Redis ব্যবহার করা।
Comprehensive testing পরিচালনা করা — PHPUnit/Pest, Dusk/Browser testing এবং CI/CD (GitHub Actions) workflow অনুসরণ করা।
