  • Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation related to orders, shipments, and production.
  • Experience in evaluating employee performance and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to solve complex issues and streamline operations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and follow up on subordinates’ daily work and communication, providing guidance on problem-solving and motivation.
  • Personally handle and resolve critical issues when required.
  • Approve materials and finished goods, addressing any quality concerns through internal discussions and coordination with relevant departments and CPC/HK.
  • Maintain regular communication with the factory and CPC/HK to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with departments to control material wastage, manage replenishment, prevent short shipments, and improve product quality and productivity.
  • Distribute orders fairly among merchandisers based on factory capacity and workload balance.
  • Ensure timely monitoring of material status and production package status to meet production lead times.
  • Check incoming reference samples and coordinate with internal teams and CPC/HK when necessary.
  • Analyze replenishment and shipment data, preparing reports for management.
  • Review the actual material and production package status from the previous month.
  • Evaluate merchandiser performance, provide motivation, and address areas for improvement.
  • Conduct general meetings with merchandisers to discuss issues and offer guidance.
  • Support material arrangements and ensure shipments are made on time.
  • Work with other departments and CPC/HK to improve factory operations and streamline work processes.
  • Prepare and review reports to track orders, material status, plans, sales, and shipment progress.
  • Assess departmental performance and drive improvements.
  • Set self-improvement goals, develop action plans, and assess subordinates' performance.
  • Set the annual headcount budget and manage workload allocation accordingly.
  • Review yearly reports on shipments, replenishments, and claims to drive necessary improvements.
