  • The applicants should have experience in Export and credit control as recovery head with any Garments Accessories sector.
  • Good achiever as Credit Controller
  • Fluent in English is must.
  • Good understanding capacity, honest, hard worker, and intelligent.
  • Have experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of the export process, including direct and deemed export.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely collection process.
  • Have experience in cost management. 
  • The applicants should have experience in the area of commercial and credit control.
  • Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit).
  • Must need knowledge about ERP software system run, such as Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Export LC, Documentation Prepare and Reporting.  
  • Must have computer literacy such MS Excel with good communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain and enforce the company's credit policy.
  • Follow up regularly on customer dues and coordinate the collection process.
  • Visit clients when necessary and collaborate with the Customer Service, Accounts, and other teams to address any customer-related challenges promptly.
  • Ensure proper handling of Bank LC/TT/RTGS activities by preparing the required documentation.
  • Manage Export LC documentation and UD collection process for bonded goods.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely opening of BTB/Direct LCs and offer assistance as needed.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and delivery of products, ensuring accurate status updates.
  • Handle export-related general correspondence with factory concerns, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and bank officers.
  • Lead and monitor the timely recovery of dues and take initiatives for cost minimization across all activities.
  • Participate in tax and VAT-related activities, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission to relevant regulatory departments.
  • Prepare and handle export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other related paperwork, ensuring smooth coordination with shipping lines and transport authorities for timely delivery.
  • Independently manage the preparation of export documents according to buyer requirements.
  • Generate regular reports on collection performance, customer performance, and other related activities for management.
  • Handle all bank formalities, including UD/UP confirmation, amendments, and document processing for bank acceptance.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by management.
