Senior Manager, Customer Life Cycle & Portfolio Management – Cards
Grade: AVP – FAVP
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of credit card products, from concept development and launch to post-launch performance optimization.
Design and implement product strategies, customer propositions, and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
Make strategic, data-driven decisions by analyzing market insights, customer behavior, and portfolio performance to enhance growth and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of card products.
Monitor portfolio performance using MIS and analytics, track key performance indicators, and recommend timely corrective measures.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and process automation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Manage partnerships with payment networks, ensuring compliance with scheme rules, branding guidelines, and certification requirements.
Ensure full adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
