• Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. – A renowned European lingerie company and diversified business conglomerate in the lingerie garment sector – is undergoing a major expansion in its production and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in lingerie garment production for the position of Senior Manager - Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct time and motion studies, standard development, statistical analysis, and labor planning to enhance productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve worker efficiency and reduce material waste, including workflow reorganization, equipment relocation, and job restructuring.
• Determine the most efficient sequencing of operations and workflow to maximize production efficiency.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of SMV (Single Minute Value) and its application in optimizing processes.
• Continuously update and refine work standards, procedures, and production layouts in response to business changes or service enhancements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support business strategy execution through meaningful, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis on operations and performance.
• Conduct financial evaluations for new projects, ensuring an end-to-end understanding of operational impacts.
• Perform forward-looking analyses, including project and strategy evaluation, benchmarking, price/volume mix, and scenario analysis.
• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Extensive experience in lingerie garment production and Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects related to facility start-ups, business acquisitions, and network optimization.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with business goals.
