  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

  • Extensive industry knowledge, assurance capabilities, and a proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of GSD (General Sewing Data) methods and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure samples are developed using production-feasible methods.
  • Provide accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) to the Marketing team in alignment with GSD (General Sewing Data).
  • Ensure relevant personnel participate in the PP (Pre-Production) meeting to identify risks associated with new styles.
  • Provide updated and improved SMV (post-process improvements) to the production team as per GSD standards.
  • Issue the most efficient layout to optimize resource utilization and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure workloads across sections and lines are balanced, maximizing human resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with the pre-production team to mitigate risks identified during the sample stage.
  • Verify all bulk sewing methods are finalized before line feeding and ensure production lines are balanced to achieve the planned efficiency within the first 500 pieces.
  • Establish processes and set process targets for each function to monitor and enhance output.
  • Conduct operator evaluations and update the skill matrix to meet production requirements and support team members' compensation adjustments.
  • Implement and maintain EOS (Efficient Operations System), continuously monitoring and improving CPM (Cost Per Minute).
  • Save SMV by introducing new methods and machinery where applicable.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to take corrective actions for any failures identified in the above processes.
  • Immediately inform the GM (General Manager) of any discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Discuss findings from buying office inline inspections with cross-functional teams and implement corrective actions.
