The Presales Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the presales team to build and maintain a robust customer revenue pipeline through effective management of the RFI/RFP procurement process. The role involves designing technology solutions aligned with customer needs and future growth potential, developing partnerships with technology providers, and distributing workloads efficiently within the team. The goal is to develop a high-performing presales team that supports Link3 customers in their Digital Transformation journey.
Analyze market trends and develop the company’s product portfolio.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and pain points.
Collaborate with clients to clearly define the scope of solutions.
Recommend solutions that align with the customer’s financial plan and objectives.
Guide and coordinate internal teams to produce accurate survey reports.
Prepare technical specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on client requirements.
Develop technical proposals tailored to customer needs.
Review and analyze tender, RFQ, and RFI documents.
Prepare technical tender documentation and support financial gap analysis.
Conduct regular customer visits and identify preferred OEMs.
Select OEMs based on customer requirements and initiate Proof of Concept (POC) where necessary.
Monitor competitor strategies and identify gaps in offerings.
Set probable project closure dates to negotiate optimal pricing from OEMs.
Take proactive steps to finalize deals with OEMs and ensure successful project execution.
