The company is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager (Marketing/Sales) specializing in textile chemicals.
Position Overview:
The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and developing strong relationships with knitting and dyeing factories that import textile chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and maintain regular follow-up with knitting and dyeing factories to promote textile chemical products
Lead, manage, and support the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for textile chemicals
Expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Ensure effective promotion of products compliant with ZDHC v3.1, GOTS 7.0, and OEKO-TEX® ECO Passport standards
Coordinate with R&D, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and technical support
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare sales plans, reports, and performance updates for management

Textile chemicals compliant with ZDHC v3.1, GOTS 7.0, and OEKO-TEX® ECO Passport
Brighteners & auxiliaries (Cotton OBA, Polyester OBA, OBA remover)
Silicone, flake softener, detergent, multi-scouring agents, sequestering agents, fixing agents, soaping agents, anti-creasing agents, stabilizers, enzymes
Cotton & polyester leveling agents, soda substitutes, GSM improvers
