Overseeing all PPC operations across Bangladesh for a major sportswear and lifestyle apparel manufacturing company.
Implementing effective control systems and reporting frameworks to track material progress and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Production, Merchandising, Shipping, and others.
Developing monitoring tools to track daily production performance and ensure targeted productivity and output levels are achieved for on-time delivery.
Coordinating with Production and Merchandising teams to conduct weekly reviews of order status and capacity with Sales and Central Planning & MCD.
Regularly evaluating factory performance and aligning business strategies in consultation with senior management.
Analyzing material utilization reports to minimize waste and maximize shipment volumes.
