• Develop quality standards, rules, and regulations to ensure the consistent quality of garments.
• Define high-level strategies and testing guidelines, including the establishment of best practices. Facilitate management reviews to monitor performance and support process enhancement initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Take full responsibility for the quality function throughout the entire manufacturing process, including incoming inspections, in-process checks, finished goods inspections, and testing.
• Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and defining quality attributes.
• Exhibit strong team management and leadership skills to lead, motivate, and guide a team of QA, QC, and Inspectors through all stages of garment production and export procedures.
• Develop effective quality assurance plans for the factory to ensure the garments delivered to buyers meet 100% of their quality requirements.
• Ensure that quality personnel are aware of buyer-specific quality requirements and provide training to maintain these standards throughout the production process.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance and QC/Inspector objectives, coordinating them with production procedures in collaboration with the Production Department.
• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to assess current standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectations for finished products.
• Plan, promote, and organize training programs focused on product quality and reliability.
• Demonstrate proficiency in quantitative/statistical analysis of quality data, generating reports that identify quality issues and recommend corrective action plans (CAP).
• Report any deviations in the QA and QC/Inspectors system to management.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by top management.
