Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and principles.
- Experience in front-end development with ReactJS/Vue.js.
- Proficiency with MySQL, Cloud Spanner, Redis, Git, Backlog, and Slack.
- Familiarity with front-end, Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS, Kotlin for Web, or PHP (Laravel) technologies is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a software development department and possess strong skills and knowledge in Java, PHP, QA, ReactJS, or Cloud technologies.
- Oversee project, schedule, and task management to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Manage, evaluate, mentor, and instruct team members effectively.
- Assume full responsibility for the progress and success of various projects.
- Develop back-end programming and logic using Java, PHP, ReactJS, or Cloud technologies.
- Provide guidance on project structure while suggesting best practices and approaches.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and share technical expertise with the development team.
- Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and resolve issues in existing projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members in India and Japan.
- Ensure a clear understanding of project requirements among team members.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the parent company, Adventure Inc.
- Participate in team circles for both internal and external project collaboration.
