  • Expertise in travel, tourism, and software development.

  • A quality-driven approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Highly structured and systematic in work processes.
  • Ensure systems are running smoothly to support business operations.

Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and principles.
  • Experience in front-end development with ReactJS/Vue.js.
  • Proficiency with MySQL, Cloud Spanner, Redis, Git, Backlog, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with front-end, Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS, Kotlin for Web, or PHP (Laravel) technologies is a plus.

Adventure Dhaka Limited, a subsidiary of Adventure Inc., one of Japan's leading publicly listed online travel agencies (OTAs), is seeking a Senior Manager with over five years of experience in the travel agent industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a software development department and possess strong skills and knowledge in Java, PHP, QA, ReactJS, or Cloud technologies.

  • Oversee project, schedule, and task management to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Manage, evaluate, mentor, and instruct team members effectively.
  • Assume full responsibility for the progress and success of various projects.
  • Develop back-end programming and logic using Java, PHP, ReactJS, or Cloud technologies.
  • Provide guidance on project structure while suggesting best practices and approaches.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and share technical expertise with the development team.
  • Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and resolve issues in existing projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members in India and Japan.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of project requirements among team members.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the parent company, Adventure Inc.
  • Participate in team circles for both internal and external project collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and market demands in Japan.
  • Utilize market insights to inform project strategies and decision-making.
