Senior Manager, Supply Chain Monitoring

8–10 years of relevant experience in Verification, Commercial, Import, or related operations.

Comprehensive knowledge of LC/TT/CAD procedures, import documentation, customs duties, freight, insurance, and international payment processes.

Strong understanding of PR, PO, PI, CI, PL, B/L, Certificate of Origin, PSI, GRN, QC, and import costing.

Ability to identify and manage commercial and financial risks associated with import transactions.

Proficiency in relevant ERP systems and commercial management software.

Oversee foreign bill verification and import documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing.

Review inventory requirements, PR, PO, PI, insurance, and LC/TT/CAD opening and approval procedures.

Verify supplier and bank selection, PSI requirements, payment terms, and price negotiation processes.

Examine import documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, EXP, Certificates of Origin, and other relevant records.

Cross-check product receipts, GRN, QC inspections, and warehouse receiving against approved documents and procedures.

Review customs duties, freight costs, demurrage, detention charges, and overall import costing.

Investigate short or undelivered shipments and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies.

Monitor insurance claims for damaged, broken, or lost goods and follow up until settlement.

Evaluate LC opening procedures, supplier performance, and compliance across import transactions.

Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Banking, Warehouse, and QC teams to maintain proper documentation and operational compliance.

Identify procedural gaps, documentation discrepancies, and financial risks, recommending corrective actions.

Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Management.
