Oversee and guide the Essence Marketing team, ensuring effective daily task allocation and timely delivery of outputs.
Assess team performance, identify development needs, and facilitate skill-building initiatives.
Design and execute social media strategies to strengthen Essence’s visibility and audience engagement.
Ensure consistent updates of Essence’s website and social media platforms with relevant and engaging content.
Maximize Essence’s digital presence to drive engagement and brand awareness in line with organizational objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to plan and implement communication strategies for events and marketing campaigns.
Manage project schedules, including the development of Gantt charts, to ensure seamless and on-time execution.
Partner with Business Development and Sales leadership to produce targeted marketing and branding materials for key audiences.
Apply strong design and communication principles to create impactful and visually compelling content.
Track and evaluate social media performance metrics, refining strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Stay informed about emerging trends in digital content creation, including design, animation, video, and social media marketing.
Utilize digital tools such as SEO to enhance content performance and online visibility.
Actively embrace and reflect Essence’s mission, vision, and communication values in all content and initiatives.
