Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Apparel Manufacturing
  • Masters, Master of Science (MSc), in Apparel Manufacturing

Experience


  • 5 Year

  • Capable to handle product development & sampling program;
  • Able to sourcing material with good quality & competitive price;
  • Sound Knowledge to prepare costing;
  • Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
  • Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
  • Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Strong organizational and management skills with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Execute production processes efficiently, ensuring all targets are met.
  • Adhere to buyer-specific processes and procedures throughout the production stages.
  • Advise the factory, production, and quality teams on fabric, production, and quality-related technical issues, acting as an experienced and efficient trouble-shooter.
  • Lead the team or contribute as an effective team member, understanding both company and buyer Code of Conduct (COC).
  • Ensure the quality execution of orders, maintaining the Time and Action (TNA) plan until goods are shipped.
  • Support the local procurement team in sourcing trims and accessories as required, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform regular and effective follow-up on materials inventory, production processes, quality standards, and team performance.
  • Undertake any special tasks or assignments as directed by the company.
