• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for footwear and accessories to meet business goals and market trends.
• Initiate leather product development with new innovative ideas and drive the new development projects to align with market dynamics and brand concepts
• Establishing production targets in alignment with company objectives and ensuring their achievement through effective planning and execution.
• Efficiently allocating and managing resources, and materials to optimize production output and minimize costs.
• Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on-time input in production and responsible for solving technical issues faced in manufacturing areas.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to create high-quality products aligned with brand objectives.
• d and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of cost-effective, high-quality products.
• Manage orders from development to final shipment, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets to achieve financial targets while reducing waste.
