  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion design and animation work.
  • Design Skills: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D motion graphics is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead and manage the creation of high-quality motion graphics for a wide range of multimedia projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing compelling visual stories that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and video production teams to produce top-tier content for advertising campaigns, presentations, and online platforms.
  • Conceptualize & Execute: Lead motion design projects from concept to execution, delivering creative visuals.
  • Design Animations: Create compelling animations, graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns, branding, and social media.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors and team members to understand project goals and design needs.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest motion design trends and techniques.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with video editors, sound designers, and other stakeholders to integrate graphics into final videos.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping develop their skills.
