Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all returns/statements to Bangladesh Bank.
  • Keep track of directives of Bangladesh Bank. Dissemination of information from regulatory bodies among relevant officials/departments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update database/filing of regulatory directives/queries/information/relevant correspondence of Bangladesh Bank for internal stakeholders.
  • Handle regulatory queries, escalate them to management, and prepare responses for timely resolution and closure.
  • Track all communications with regulators and internal stakeholders, escalate unresolved issues to management within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Develop rapport and maintain strong relationship with Bangladesh Bank; remaining vigilant to eliminate or minimize risk of regulatory breaches.
