  • Strong proficiency in computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in the fabric industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Actively seek new customers locally to expand the customer base.
  • Present and promote products to new and existing customers, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery timelines.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
  • Provide after-sales support, such as order tracking, issue resolution, and coordination of delivery schedules.
  • Sales Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, including customer feedback, orders, and sales activities.
  • Regularly update management on market conditions, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order full-fillment and delivery.
  • Pricing & Negotiation
  • Work closely with the pricing team to ensure that pricing and discount structures are competitive.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, while maintaining company profitability.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other sales materials.
  • Market Trends and Collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences to ensure a competitive edge in fabric selection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
