Experience
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance overall performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management review.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand presence.
Work closely with production and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with product features, availability, and market demand.
