Additional Requirements

1. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation, management, and submission of VAT documents—including VAT Challan (Mushak 6.3), Sales Register (Mushak 6.2), and Purchase Register (Mushak 6.1)—in full compliance with prevailing tax laws and regulations.

2. Prepare and maintain Input-Output Coefficient documents (Mushak 4.3) as per tax authority requirements.

3. Process and manage all documentation related to VAT payments and refunds, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

4. Monitor updates in VAT laws and regulations and ensure the company remains fully compliant with all applicable tax requirements.

5. Coordinate with external auditors during tax-related audits and provide all necessary supporting documentation.

6. Respond to and resolve tax-related inquiries from tax authorities and internal stakeholders.

7. Ensure all VAT and tax filings are completed accurately and submitted on time to avoid any penalties or legal issues.

8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring the precision of all tax data.

9. Assist in compiling tax reports for management, highlighting key issues, discrepancies, and variances.

10. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure proper record-keeping of all VAT and tax-related transactions.

11. Provide tax advisory support to internal teams, including guidance on optimizing VAT processes and minimizing tax liabilities.
