Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Marketing

Additional Requirements

• Prepare the annual budget for different product segments.
• Develop a quarterly strategic plan and monitor the monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) statement.
• Evaluate cash flow on a monthly basis and monitor institutional sales performance.
• Create product branding plans and generate innovative ideas to improve and develop promotional strategies and programs.
• Develop and prepare product manuals and training guides for assigned product groups.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement strategies and plans to meet sales forecasts for the assigned product range.
• Gather market intelligence and develop strategies for launching new product lines.
• Organize field demonstrations and operator training programs for new products.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
