Senior Project Manager

Practical hands-on experience in real estate project management is required.

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, project estimation, budgeting, and costing.

Sound understanding of structural and finishing works.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project estimates, costing, and budgets.

Supervise structural and finishing works to ensure quality and timely execution.

Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Develop, implement, and regularly monitor project schedules, revising them when necessary to meet management targets.

Supervise site engineers, technical personnel, and other site staff.

Coordinate effectively among Management, project sites, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Manage subcontractors and monitor their performance and work progress.

Monitor and improve the Material Requisition System (MRS).

Prepare and implement Site Implementation Plans (SIP).

Ensure quality control throughout all stages of project execution.

Verify and certify contractors’ bills based on completed work.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
