• Establish aggregation centers and link farmer groups to ensure effective supply chains for agricultural commodities.
• Develop horizontal linkages among farmers' groups to strengthen and ensure the continuity of the supply chain.
• Actively support farmers' access to higher markets for their potential commodities/high-value products, maximizing profit opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor prices, develop price charts, and communicate effectively with beneficiaries.
• Market Linkage and Value Chain Development
• Identify relevant market actors, assess markets, and create detailed value chain maps to improve market connections.
• Develop and implement market linkage plans to connect pre-identified buyers with producers.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to strengthen market linkages.
• Integrate beneficiaries into supply chains and commercial distribution networks to enhance market access.
• Facilitate relationship development and expansion among buyers, input suppliers, and producer groups across various sectors (crop, fish, poultry, livestock).
• Establish and strengthen linkages between traders/markets and beneficiaries, enabling access to new market opportunities.
• Field Monitoring and Reporting
• Ensure a regular supply of fresh agricultural commodities from farmers to the camp market.
• Conduct regular field visits to beneficiary groups and relevant areas to monitor progress and provide support.
• Prepare and submit detailed field reports to the concerned authorities as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor/management.
• Safeguarding Responsibilities
• Advocate for and implement safeguarding policies and standards among team members in all activities.
• Ensure the safety of program participants, stakeholders, and team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the program's safeguarding goals.
• Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding, ensuring the establishment of a safe working environment.
• Promote and endorse safeguarding policies, ensuring their implementation in all actions.
• Follow safeguarding reporting procedures in the event of a reportable incident and encourage others to do the same.
