Handle billing and payments accurately using POS systems.
Take custom orders and ensure all details are recorded correctly.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen or inventory team.
Follow up with customers for order pickups or delivery.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets set by the manager.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.
