Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive overall sales growth.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and dealers.
- Prepare and forecast annual, semester-wise, and monthly sales targets based on business objectives and market conditions.
- Ensure proper execution and maintenance of contracts with farmers, customers, and dealers, including IFC and DC agreements.
- Plan and execute various marketing and promotional activities, including FM, campaigns, product demonstrations, and Hat Day events.
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of SPOs, including IFC, FM, dealer contracts, demonstrations, campaigns, and order collection.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate the sales performance of SPOs and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
- Collect and maintain competitor and market intelligence, including market size, market share, emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, to support the growth of CAB’s market share.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for submission to the line manager.
