• Formulate the strategic direction for business growth in line with business KPIs and the overall strategic priorities of the company. Develop new clients and engage with various stakeholders (buyers, customers, hospitals, operation team, etc.) to assess potential growth opportunities.
• Must be target-oriented and able to fulfill responsibilities.
•Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Ensure effective market visits and field monitoring to identify market and sales team gaps, take initiatives to resolve these issues effectively, and manage customer complaints smoothly.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints, and address objections.
