Solid understanding of IP Telephony, A2P SMS platforms, and enterprise communication/IT solutions.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
Fluency in both English and Bengali, written and verbal.
Highly self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working effectively within a team.
Skills
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead B2B sales initiatives for IPTSP, A2P SMS, and Call Center Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, solution presentation, proposal development, and achieving defined sales targets. Candidates with prior experience in telecom, ICT, or enterprise solution sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Identify, generate, and onboard new corporate clients for IPTSP (IP Telephony), A2P SMS, and Call Center Solutions.
Promote Bulk SMS services (Masking & Non-Masking), Voice Broadcast, Press-1 Campaigns, and Integrated SMS & Voice Platforms.
Present and sell Call Center Solutions, including IP PBX, CRM Integration, Auto Dialer, IVR, and Call Analytics.
Clearly explain technical concepts such as SMS routing, masking rules, delivery reports (DLR), traffic flow, and regulatory compliance.
Offer and promote Biometric Attendance Systems and Access Control Solutions with cloud-based monitoring features.
Prepare customized sales presentations, quotations, and technical-commercial proposals for public and private sector clients.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for product demonstrations, implementation planning, and post-sales support.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Manage client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit regular sales performance and progress reports to management.
