We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while also working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and multitasking ability.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions, supporting HUB+ applications, and collaborating with Product Managers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and developers.
✔ Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using modern .NET technologies
✔ Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring high-quality and efficient software performance
✔ Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
✔ Maintain, refactor, and modernize legacy applications for improved performance and scalability
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring clean, maintainable, and optimized code
✔ Contribute to product enhancement discussions, feature planning, and technical documentation aligned with business goals
✔ Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
✔ Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and cross-functional team meetings
✔ Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases in line with project scope and deadlines
✔ Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies
✔ Provide on-call support and resolve production issues when required
✔ Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to solve technical challenges
