Responsibilities & Context

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET technologies.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure secure and efficient data communication between systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, modular, and scalable code with proper documentation and unit testing.
  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data design and queries.
  • Develop and support applications using technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Python, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, and Next.js where required.
  • Monitor application performance, identify issues, and resolve production-related problems efficiently.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning within AWS or custom VPS environments.
  • Stay updated with modern backend technologies, design patterns, and industry best practices.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software architecture principles
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security best practices
  • Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Exposure to containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
  • Knowledge of unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
