Senior Software Engineer - Solution Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer to join our world-class Development Team. The selected candidate will work on multiple enterprise products and cloud-native solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across different countries to develop scalable, high-quality software that delivers real business value.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using C/C++ and other modern technologies.

✔ Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services following industry best practices.

✔ Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code while ensuring high software quality.

✔ Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards across the development team.

✔ Design and implement robust software architectures using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, SOLID principles, and established Design Patterns.

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders.

✔ Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and contribute to next-generation software solutions.

✔ Work on polyglot systems and integration projects involving multiple technologies and international development teams.

✔ Analyze technical challenges, identify root causes, and implement efficient, scalable solutions.

✔ Continuously improve application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

✔ Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings.

✔ Contribute to technical documentation, software testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to products and development processes.

✔ Perform any other software engineering responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Requirements

Education

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

✔ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development using C/C++.

✔ Proven experience delivering enterprise software solutions.

Technical Skills

✔ Strong expertise in C/C++ programming.

✔ Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs using any modern programming language.

✔ Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, and Software Design Patterns.

✔ Excellent coding standards with the ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.

✔ Strong code review skills and commitment to software quality.

✔ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

✔ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

✔ Experience working with European clients or international development teams.

✔ Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

✔ Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQLite, or MongoDB.

✔ Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

✔ Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular.

✔ Comfortable working in Linux environments.

✔ Previous experience working in Scrum Teams.

✔ Experience applying Agentic Engineering in software development, testing, and technical documentation.
