We are seeking a skilled SQA Engineer to join our dynamic IT organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and ensuring the quality of our software products. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of software reliability, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring that our solutions meet both client and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy that incorporates both manual and automated testing methods.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, report, and track defects to ensure their resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and align testing with project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance techniques and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
• Work with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define test strategies and plans.
• Execute test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Use bug-tracking systems to identify, report, and manage software defects.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior and mid-level SQA engineers, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
• Lead efforts in determining testing approaches, test coverage, and risk-based prioritization.
• Set up and maintain test environments, including hardware, software, and network configurations, to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Conduct regular regression testing to ensure that updates and changes do not introduce new defects or affect existing functionality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, scripts, data, and results.
• Monitor and manage testing activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality objectives.
