Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service
Preferably knowledgeable about UK university admission procedures
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Understanding of international education markets and UK immigration policies is an advantage
Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in student counseling, UK higher education consultancy, or related areas such as Immigration & Education Consultancy Services or EdTech startups
Advise students on admissions to universities in the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe, including course options and visa requirements.
Assist students with documentation, application submissions, and visa procedures.
Follow up with students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Maintain effective communication with UK university representatives and other international partners.
Meet monthly recruitment targets by actively engaging with prospective students.
Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and online webinars to promote services.
Keep accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and follow-up campaigns.
