  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
  • Passion for travel and assisting clients in exploring global destinations.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Location:
Florida Castle, Level-3, House-7, Road-23/A, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel guidelines.
  • Assist clients in planning both domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Process bookings for flights, hotels, and tour packages efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Resolve travel-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
