Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for ERP and SaaS-based web applications. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete product design lifecycle—from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, design documentation, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of user behavior, and expertise in building enterprise-grade design systems that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for ERP and SaaS-based web applications, from concept to final implementation.

✔ Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and improve user experience.

✔ Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product analytics to continuously optimize workflows and interface usability.

✔ Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, mockups, and production-ready UI assets.

✔ Prepare comprehensive design documentation, specifications, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise software solutions.

✔ Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and design standards.

✔ Apply user psychology, behavioral design principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design best practices to create intuitive digital experiences.

✔ Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

✔ Review implemented designs and provide guidance to development teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

✔ Mentor junior designers, promote user-centered design practices, and contribute to the growth of the design team.

✔ Ensure consistency in branding, usability, and visual design across all products and platforms.

✔ Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, design methodologies, tools, and technologies to drive continuous innovation.

✔ Perform any other design-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

✔ Bachelor's/Honors degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Experience Requirements

✔ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.

✔ Proven experience designing ERP systems or SaaS-based enterprise platforms.

Skills & Competencies

✔ Proven expertise in designing intuitive user experiences for ERP and SaaS products.

✔ Advanced proficiency in Figma (Preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent UI/UX design tools.

✔ Strong knowledge of Design Systems, Information Architecture, Responsive Design, Accessibility (WCAG), User-Centered Design (UCD), and Interaction Design.

✔ Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating research findings into effective design solutions.

✔ Strong experience preparing design specifications, documentation, and enterprise Proof of Concepts (POCs).

✔ Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with Tailwind CSS will be considered an advantage.

✔ Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

✔ Strong visual design capabilities, including typography, layout, spacing, color theory, iconography, component-based design, and interaction design.
