  • Age: 30 to 35 years
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in denim washing operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good computer skills, especially in:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • PowerPoint Presentation

Additional Requirements & Skills

  • Experience working with renowned brands such as ZARA, Stradivarius, and Mango.
  • Capable of independently managing laundry operations for all types of R&D activities.
  • Extensive knowledge of wet and dry washing processes.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to prepare wash presentations for buyers/clients.
  • Strong sourcing capability and effective control over wash factories.
  • Ability to establish, monitor, and follow up Critical Path / Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality washed products.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the design team.
