We are looking for a passionate and motivated SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will assist in optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Job Responsibilities:
1. On-Page SEO Optimization:
Assist in optimizing website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headings.
Research and implement relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
Improve website structure, URLs, and internal linking strategies.
Optimize images, alt text, and loading speed for enhanced performance.
2. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
Conduct competitor backlink analysis and support link-building initiatives.
Identify guest blogging opportunities and outreach prospects.
Participate in directory submissions, social bookmarking, and forum activities.
Assist with local SEO, including Google My Business optimization.
3. Content & Keyword Research:
Perform keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
Suggest SEO-driven content topics based on trends and search intent.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure all materials are SEO-friendly.
4. Technical SEO Assistance:
Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors and broken links.
Support efforts to enhance mobile-friendliness and Core Web Vitals performance.
Learn and apply schema markup and structured data for better indexing.
5. SEO Analytics & Reporting:
Track keyword rankings and organic performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Prepare SEO reports highlighting traffic trends, backlinks, and keyword metrics.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
6. Social Media & SEO Integration:
Support social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Understand how social media signals contribute to overall SEO performance.
