Must have practical experience in the following departments.

Manage service schedules and ensure timely completion of all service activities.
Supervise and lead the service team, including technicians and customer service staff.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Track and manage spare parts and essential tools for efficient service delivery.
Manage inventory of service tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Maintain optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate procurement and stock replenishment based on team requirements.
Keep detailed records of all service jobs, including tasks completed, parts used, and time spent.
Prepare regular performance and operations reports.
Ensure compliance with service contracts, documentation, and internal policies.
Manage the service department’s budget effectively.
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Monitor expenses and ensure operations remain within financial constraints.
Maintain high service quality and compliance with industry standards.
Implement quality assurance processes and conduct periodic service audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service quality.
Continuously review and refine service processes for efficiency.
Integrate customer feedback to improve service performance.
