  • Ensure floor efficiency is maintained consistently.
  • Prepare and receive batches on time to meet production schedules.
  • Oversee the preparation of chemicals and dyestuffs as needed.
  • Arrange trolleys for efficient workflow.
  • Ensure timely batch loading and unloading.
  • Maintain cleanliness across the floor.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan, execute, and monitor production activities to ensure high-quality output and manage all related processes.

  • Oversee shade matching as a primary responsibility to maintain color consistency.

  • Ensure shift-wise production meets quality standards.

  • Verify dyeline setup according to the batch plan.

  • Review daily production reports for accuracy and progress.

  • Oversee pre-treatment and dyeing processes, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

  • Adjust machine parameters like reel speed, pump speed, and cycle time to optimize production.

  • Resolve production-related issues and promptly inform senior management as needed.

  • Consult with senior management regarding overall production status when necessary.

  • Study dye and chemical properties as provided by manufacturers to ensure accurate application in production.

  • Supervise subordinates and ensure they fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
