SHOWROOM MANAGER

Context

Revoo Bangladesh is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to take charge of its first brand-owned flagship showroom in Dhaka. The role will be responsible for establishing and managing showroom operations while driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and building a strong brand presence.

The ideal candidate should bring solid retail/showroom management experience, strong sales leadership, and practical knowledge of BRTA documentation and bank registration procedures. A genuine passion for two-wheelers and technology is essential, with the ability to confidently demonstrate Revoo’s smart and connected features to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the flagship showroom and ensure smooth business performance.

• Drive sales targets, customer acquisition, and conversion through effective sales strategies.

• Manage, motivate, and guide the showroom sales team to achieve business goals.

• Deliver a premium customer experience, from product introduction to purchase and after-sales coordination.

• Demonstrate Revoo motorcycles, highlighting their technology, performance, safety, and smart features.

• Maintain strong knowledge of product specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.

• Handle and oversee BRTA documentation, registration, and bank-related processes accurately.

• Maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, and inventory coordination.

• Build strong relationships with customers and support lead follow-up and repeat business.

• Monitor showroom performance, sales activities, customer feedback, and prepare regular reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-focused showroom environment.
