  • In-depth knowledge of slaughterhouse operations and mechanical systems, including WTP, ETP, cooling systems, blast freezers, RO plants, and air compressors.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to food processing and meat production.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the installation of all machinery and equipment in the slaughterhouse, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Develop and implement operational protocols for the slaughterhouse, including water treatment, effluent treatment, and cooling systems.
  • Optimize the operation of blast freezers and RO plants to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of air compressors and other production-related equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the installation process.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Train and supervise staff on the operation, maintenance, and safety of machinery.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for the installation process, including manuals, compliance reports, and maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to secure all necessary permits and licenses.
