  • Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram).
  • Candidates must reside within Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and maintain eCourier social media communication, including Facebook Page, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, maintain audience engagement, and ensure timely responses through all social media platforms.
  • Generate outbound calls maintain customer relations or gather relevant data.
  • Ensure seamless social media operations while following to set performance KPIs

Working Days & Hours: (Friday: 10 AM – 10 PM) (Saturday to Thursday: 6 PM – 12 AM)
