  • Attention to Detail: Strong time-management and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to create engaging and impactful content across social media platforms.
  • Write clear, compelling posts, web content, and marketing materials that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop a consistent tone of voice for GlobalEd across all channels.
  • Create and execute social media strategies to elevate GlobalEd’s brand, particularly in the study abroad, English preparation, IELTS, and language training sectors.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to generate fresh content ideas that will attract and engage students and their families.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer queries and social media engagements.
  • Monitor social media performance, ensure a cohesive brand voice, and provide regular performance insights.
