Additional Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok).
  • Expertise in social media tools, globally and locally.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytic tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English is a must for speaking & writing.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in standard graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for social media copy.
  • Experience in running social media for B2C or e-commerce brands is a plus.
Soft Skills:

  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for social media.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a creative & strategic Social media manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and performance metrics and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.


  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify & understand the target audiences and tailor content to engage them on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Generate creative ideas for unique content & social activities to increase followers and campaign engagements, including written posts, videos, images, and infographics.
  • Maintain the content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of engaging and relevant posts. Content is posted on all platforms daily according to the aligned content calendar.
  • Collaborate with the designer to ensure design development & modification.
  • Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and direct messages. Also, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries on time.
  • Address customer service issues raised on social media, coordinating with relevant teams to provide resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and updates across all social media platforms.
  • Experiment with new content types and innovative approaches to engage the audience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for collaborated projects.
  • Maintain & update the website information as per campaign plans.
