Client Query Management:
Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries from social media channels and the company website, ensuring professional communication at all times.
Sales Management:
Manage online sales operations, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate deliveries and provide necessary support to clients.
Collect products from other warehouses when needed and address any client-related issues via phone.
Key Details:
Office Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM, six days a week. No off-days during Ramadan. Special allowance for government holidays.
Must be willing to take on new responsibilities as required.
