Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience: At least 2+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP or software development projects within manufacturing, garments, or textile industries.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques, documentation, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in modules for production, inventory, supply chain, HR, sales, and finance.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, focusing on sales, production, supply chain, quality control, and financial management features within the ERP system.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimized processes for seamless ERP integration.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate regular discussions with clients, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements, align expectations, and provide project updates.
  • Identify gaps between current ERP capabilities and desired functionalities, proposing practical solutions or workarounds.
  • Assist in developing test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating ERP features to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide training to end-users and support the implementation team by addressing user queries and issues post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to identify potential risks, propose contingency plans, and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders post-implementation to drive continuous improvement and refinement of the ERP solution.
