Additional Requirements


Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in Python and Django, with the capability to develop REST APIs and build robust web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for browser automation, coupled with a strong understanding of web scraping and web-based RPA automation.
  • Proficiency in using Pandas for data handling and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL, along with expertise in ORM frameworks.
  • Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as API integration (preferred).
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities & Context

  • RPA Solution Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline complex workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with existing software, databases, and APIs to build cohesive automation ecosystems.
  • Requirement Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Python and Django Development:
  • Develop robust, secure, and maintainable applications using Python and Django, adhering to high-quality coding standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Browser Automation with Selenium:
  • Create and execute browser automation scripts using Selenium, integrating them into RPA workflows for seamless end-to-end automation.
  • Testing and Debugging:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of RPA scripts, Selenium automations, and Django applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  • Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, proactively resolving issues and implementing enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Documentation:
  • Document automation workflows, technical specifications, and integration processes to support scalability and future maintenance.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement:
  • Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and best practices, contributing innovative ideas for continuous process improvement.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, and browser automation using Selenium.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, database integration, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
