✔ 5–8 years of professional experience in software development
✔ Strong background in B2B software, IT-enabled services, or software companies
✔ Proven experience in developing Payroll, ERP, or HRM systems will be highly preferred
✔ Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Laravel, Python (Django), or .NET Core
✔ Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
✔ Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead the in-house development of a customized HRM and Payroll system tailored for the garment industry. The role involves managing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the system is secure, scalable, and efficient.
✔ Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive HRM software system, including modules for payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and performance evaluation
✔ Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following industry best practices and coding standards
✔ Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance optimization
✔ Ensure data security and confidentiality, particularly for sensitive employee and payroll information
✔ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing modules to maintain system performance and reliability
✔ Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals for HR and management teams
