  • Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Strong understanding of native Android development with Kotlin or Java.
  • Solid understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Redux, etc.
  • Ability to work under intense pressure·
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms
  • Familiarity with deployment processes on Google Play Store and App Store.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable cross-platform applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Implement effective state management solutions to handle complex application states.
  • Create elegant and intuitive UIs that adhere to platform design standards like Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, line managers, and backend developers to transform product concepts into engaging and dynamic mobile experiences.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality within applications.
  • Utilize Firebase services for features like push notifications, real-time databases, cloud messaging, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and improve user experience.
  • Assist with the deployment process on Google Play Store and App Store, including versioning, code signing, and release management.
  • Stay current with concepts, terminologies, and global best practices for mobile application development.
  • Document project plans and technical specifications thoroughly.
  • Possess deep knowledge of object-oriented design and implementation.
