Responsibilities: Design & develop efficient, performant, and reliable backend functionality and APIs. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards. Design solution architecture that optimizes application performance and ensures scalability. Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers in software engineering practices and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional team members (front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers) to ensure smooth project progress and integration among all technical aspects. Collaborate with project managers and/or stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards. Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends to promote growth for you and your team. Be a thought leader on the team, advocating best practices across all engineering areas
